I have had mine for around six months and it is the best fitness investment i have made so far, my only regret is that i didn't discover this item ten years ago. The pyramid shape allows me to practice Iron Cross type exercises by tucking my legs in and tuck planche using the slings. I'm able to do Pull Ups/Chin Ups (In high ceiling rooms or outside i did Muscle Ups). It is very stable as long as you avoid swinging on it. In terms of assembly due to the internal bungee cord the item practically assembles itself. What really surprised me was how small the item is when packed away in it's bag; mine is 100cm long and 15cm wide. This item is truly unique because you have a Power Tower, Gym Rings and the portability aspect all in the one product.

Great piece of training equipment. As a P.T this is ideal for workouts with clients in the park or in house. Strong and sturdy, can hang suspension trainer or resist bands from bar for assisted Chins etc. Add your own Olympic Rings. Options are unlimited. Personally I do not need to go to the gym anymore. Highly recommend. Quick delivery also.

I've been looking for a way to complement my usual routine of body weight exercises, but didn't want to go to a gym (boring!) The Porta-Gym does 'what it says on the tin'. It took me slightly longer than 5 minutes to set up the first time, now it's quickly set up in the garden. Am really enjoying using it outdoors, briliant piece of kit! And versatile!

Arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. I have moved recently and no longer have space to use my TRX - this is a great alternative (especially living in an apartment and having a limited area to use).

I wanted to do pull ups at home without damaging my door frames and this portable solution is perfect, the frame is very rigid and has minimum to zero swing, the set up and packing up is simple which is great. Delivery was quick even though I ordered the product a week before Xmas. My only qualm are the instructions that it came with weren't that expansive, maybe that's something for the business to improve going forward, but from a product point of view-cant fault it!

As an Osteopath and PT, I've been looking for a portable frame for hanging based exercises for both PT clients and traction and rehab based for osteo patients. This is just perfects - fits in clinic room, park, home. My own workouts are now all based around the Porta-gym.

Great stable and portable pull up bar, great for TRX type workout where TRX may damage doorframes etc I only purchased for pull ups, but now I use the suspension aspect all the time. Very versatile kit. Outstanding product.

Really happy with my PG. I need more upper body strength and to be able to lift my own weight for climbing and this is really helping. It was easy to set up with the video n all. Top stuff thank you!!! (it is hard work though, but I guess that's the idea!)

As an irregular gym goer I've found it difficult to find that rhythm that will take me to the next level. My strength never seems to change a great deal as I dont go often. I also tend to stick to machines and exercises that I feel comfortable with and neglect the exercises that will make the difference. Ever since getting the Porta-Gym I've noticed my strength has increased significantly. Pull ups aren't a revolutionary exercise but Porta-Gym has made the once hated pull up so accessible that I now do it everyday. My shoulders, arms and chest are beginning to show signs of life and I am filling out my shirts where I previously wasn't. All in all, a great buy!

I found the Porta-Gym easy to set up and great to use. Though it has it's limitations, I'd recommend the P-G to friends and family who don't want or have time to use a gym. Nice job!

Im on the road and in hotels a lot and i take my porta gym always, it has been really useful. I give it 4 instead of 5 because the plastic feet can sometimes break if dropped on hard surfaces (i broke a foot when i dropped a leg, although i got sent a replacement no probs).

I wanted to improve strength in my back, so I got a Porta-Gym, set it up in my spare room, and now every time I walk past it I flick some music on and do pull-ups and rows. There's a noticeable difference between doing 50 pull-ups/rows per day, as I do now, and what I was doing before, which was max 20 pull-ups per week (I had to use a tree branch because my doorframes are weak) and one set of back-pulls when I could be bothered with bench and dumb-bells one-handed rows.

Bought for my son he is a personal trainer and uses it all the time.

Unbelievably, it really does take less than 1 minute to put up or put down. Solid piece of kit, must have for those wanting to pull-up/dip outside the gym!! Brilliant

First of all I would like to mention the excellent customer service received. I had full communication with Porta-Gtm regarding my order and they answered any questions or concerns I had promptly and fully. Now to the Gym. It is so simple in construction but don't be fooled, it is a well engineered bit of kit. Very easy to put together due to the fact it is designed to be moved around as required. It really does take up so little room. I had been looking for some simple kit to allow me to do bodyweight routines and the Porta-Gym fits the bill perfectly, allowing me a total body workout. Really can't fault it and would definitely recommend.

Quality, simple, effective. And looks the part too. Customer service was excellent. Quick delivery. Very chuffed with my purchase. Great design... now to get better at pull ups! 🙂

This thing is pure brilliance. I live in a small studio apartment consisting of a livingroom with fold down bed, kitchen and bathroom. This thing fits right where the fold down bed goes. As a reference, if you have a square space with each side being just two normal steps, you can fit the Porta-gym. Immediately upon delivery I set it up, which could probably have gone a lot faster if my brain wasn't stuck on stupid where the handle-straps are concerned. Put it through the paces with excercise, and the thing took it all without any problems, stable as a brick. Now it's staring at me, urging me to do more, more, and more! As everyone else has said, setup and takedown is a breeze, and it's nice and compact in the bag. The only thing missing would be a shoulder strap for the bag, but that's a minor thing. The price is very cheap considering the versatility of the product. You don't have to go to the gym anymore, you can take the gym with you, and the legion of excercises you can do easily match anything you find at your local gym. The thing pays for itself within a couple of months, and anything after that is free. Now all I have to do is convince Ryanair that it's a handheld carryon for when I visit family and my life would be complete. 🙂

My Porta-Gym arrived when promised and assembled simply within minutes and was tried right away...It was solid, stable and robust...I would recommend it to anyone. One small (tiny almost miniscule) gripe....a little starter exercise card for various workouts, in the pack would've been a boon....But I have looked exercises up on the website. 5 stars well deserved.

Really good piece of kit, easy to put together, perfect for a variety of exercises. My only point to comment on would be its not that tall so if you are particularly tall (6'2 and up) it can be a bit restrictive. Still worth the money easily!
